Description: As brewers, we engage in bricolage by embracing the variety of ingredients and processes available to us. Each batch of Bricoleur will be fermented, in turn, by Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces, and Brettanomyces. Beyond that, they will vary batch to batch. Batch Two is based on a recipe akin to our Pils: Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and that’s it. A crisp and hoppy expression of grassy Noble hops and “wild” yeast character.
