Description: SOURDOUGH WILD ALE Released annually in the spring. Here’s what we do- we take sourdough culture from our favorite local bakery and feed it and grow it like gremlins in our brewery until we have 30 gallons of sourdough culture. THEN we put that starter into some wheaty wort and let it tango for awhile until it’s all done fermenting. The result is delicious- sourdough bread in beer form!
