Description: We brewed Stillicide Pilsner in collaboration with Seattle's Helms Alee, its November release marking the one-year anniversary of our quarterly Blasphemous Series. As a perfect counterpoint to their heavy, murky and complex doom metal, Stillicide drinks clear, crisp, and deceptively simple. Czech and German Pilsner Malts provide a light, bready body for grassy Tettnanger and floral Perle Hops. Since Helms Alee literally means "leeward tiller," it's fitting that both the music and the beer paired here require a steady hand to navigate successfully.
