The effervescence is what greets the palate first then quickly fades to realize this beer's dryness coupled with pear & winy flavors. It finishes- having evolved tremendously-with a deceptive sweetness like that of green grape skins. This beer will evolve tremendously even while in the glass. You do yourself a huge disservice by not pouring it into a glass.
