Description: Blondibock was first brewed as Bluesapalooza Blonde Bock in the summer of 2011, and was so popular that we brought her back in 2012. Brewed as a German-style Blonde Bock in March of this year, she was racked into Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels after two weeks in the fermentation vessels. There, this beer matured for three months picking up much of her color and flavor from the oak barrels.
