Description: Mrs. Kiwi & Mr. Nelson is a barrel-aged version of our Saison that is aged with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and heaps of kiwi. It is aged for 6 months in barrel and is then dry-hopped with Nelson hops right before bottling. Sweet Mrs. Kiwi comes together with bitter Mr. Nelson for the perfect balance of tart fruit, hop bitterness, and oak.
