Speyside Whisky tends to be a gentle introduction to that common ideal of Scotch. As you might have guessed from the very existence of this bottle, several of us here at Confluence fall on the love-it side of the spectrum. That love drove us to procure a handful of casks and use them to indelibly etch the flavors of the Valley of the River Spey on our beloved Camp Fire Black Lager. The resulting marriage of Scotch and beer is a flavor-packed behemoth that we’re sure is a love-it or hate-it kind of experience. If you’re like us and enjoy a dram, then make sure to try a pint.
