Description: Fiona is a surprise dream team collaboration between us and the Cincinnati Zoo's rising star, Fiona the Hippo! We are humbled and honored to be a part of the team that is supporting this adorable little hippo. We made the beer to appeal to a wide audience, not just the hardcore beer geeks, so we went with the tried and true combination of Citra and Centennial. The result is a very pleasant, quaffable tropical and citrus forward IPA with little to no bitterness, that should slake the thirst of both someone new to craft beer, as well as the veteran craft aficionado. Either way, we are proud to be a partner in support of Fiona and the Cincinnati Zoo, and we hope that people enjoy the beer!
