Meet our latest creation, #PrairiePride. This beer boasts Alberta barley from Antler Valley Farms as well as Alberta Wheat. It is malted in Alberta at Rahr Malting and Red Shed Malting, hopped with Alberta grown cascade Northern Girl hops, brewed in Alberta with Alberta water and incorporates our very own Alberta wild yeast captured on Keller Farms and cultivated in the Olds College Brewmaster Lab. It is even packaged with our Cask Canning machine which is also proudly made in Alberta! This is our #PrairiePride. The beer is light and dry! It delivers spicy, wild, saison style notes thanks to the locally captured yeast. The visible wheat haze promises fantastic body and a smooth mouth feel.
