Using Bellwoods' base recipe and brewed on our Canton system using Trillium's house yeast and methods, Street Shark is a juicy, delectable marriage of flavors highlighted by technique. The nose leads with powerful citrus and honeysuckle, followed by a palate of peach, orange, and stonefruit. Street Shark has a creamy, medium body and smooth mouthfeel.
