Description: For our Central Florida Top Brewer ingredients, we drew Biscuit Malt, Sterling Hops, Coffee, and Maple syrup. We created a stout recipe with a hearty dose of biscuit malt to act as the support for the Foxtail Honduran San Juan coffee beans and maple syrup added. Just enough Sterling was used to counterbalance the malty sweetness, and then we wrapped it all together with the addition of the rich and smooth Pili nut sourced from the Philippines.
