A slightly bready and oaty middle palates evolves to a complex but perfectly balanced rear palate mix of a slight bitterness and a clean lacto sourness expression. Finishes refreshingly bright, with a short puckering sensation. A mash of wheat and oats that has been kettle soured with lactobacillus, fermented with a unique yeast strain, and massively dry hoped during fermentation with Enigma, Citra and Mosaic.
