Description: Our rustic saison hits all the right notes, just like the melodious saxophone on George Michael’s timeless hit. Its perfectly stylish straw hue and lasting religiously white head bring back memories of the legend’s dirty blonde locks and gold cross earring. We can’t speak to the fragrance of the man himself, but we have a feeling that it would mimic the delicate aromas of juicy fruit, freshly cut hay, and candied mango which dominate this old-world ale. It pours with a champagne effervescence and has an incredibly crisp finish. This beer is about as close to perfection as the pop icon himself.
