Description: Wijnig is a wild ale refermented with Hungarian organic red wine grapes of the variety Kekfrankos. It is quite similar to our beer called 'Druif' but we used way more grapes in this one. In taste it is close to wine and has a good aging potential. Notes of dark red fruits like cherries, minerality and some vanilla along with a balanced sourness. We recommend to drink this beer right away if you prefer a lot of fruit or give it some aging if you prefer a more rounder and balanced flavour.
