Awkward Angel was fed a small amount of Rhubarb -- the very last boxes available from our fruit supplier -- to add a background hint of fruity tartness to the lemon character of our house culture. We finished this beer in the tank with sea salt, vanilla beans, and cardamom to create a unique flavor combination for all you sour thrill seekers out there.
