Description: When approaching a collab with our friends at Other Half Brewing we wanted to combine the things we loved about each other's breweries. We crafted this beer as a result. Funky and dry thanks to Central States yeast cultures. Yet lush and hoppy from the use of lots of flaked oats and a healthy dose of Citra, Mandarina, and Blanc dry hops from the Other Half side. This beer is humble and proud at the same time. Malt Bill: Indiana-Grown Wheat & Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats Hops: Citra, Mandarina, Hallertau Blanc Yeast: CSB House Wild Yeast Serving Temperature(F): 40-45 Glassware: Tulip or snifter
