Description: Stock Ale aged in Westland Whiskey barrels Our Stock Ale is brewed and aged in the tradition of the great English and American Barleywines. Brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter, Munich, and a blend of Crystal malts, and hopped with Amarillo and Centennial. Deadfall was fermented with our house ale strain and then aged for one year in 3rd use Westland Whiskey barrels which had previously held Kentucky bourbon.
