Brewed with day-old tortillas, masa and ripe sweet plantains in the mash; Mexican oregano, thyme, avocado leaves and canela cinnamon in the whirlpool; and finally conditioned in the fermenter with Mulato, Pasilla de Oaxaca, Chipotle Meco, and Ancho chiles, roasted chili seeds, Mast brothers Peruvian chocolate bean husks, Koffeewagon Balinese whole coffee beans, and more canela cinnamon. This beer is significantly adjuncted, so we recommend that you cellar this beer cold.
