Description: Sacrament: Malbec is a blend of multiple wheat-based beers fermented entirely in oak with house wild cultures. This blend was also transferred into oak barrels from our friends at JB Neufeld on top of crushed Malbec grapes from Doc Stewart Vineyard in Yakima, WA. After going through a secondary fermentation on grapes, it continued to age in oak for a number of months before blending and bottling. Bottle conditioned with Brett.
