Description: Starting with Mad Elf as the mother beer, Wild Elf goes through a long secondary fermentation in oak foeders alive with our house culture. We add tart Balaton cherries from nearby Peters Orchard, and the wild yeast and bacteria that hitchhike in on the skins of the cherries add layers of lemon and white peppercorn among the vanilla and oak.
