Description: We start our 6th Anniversary Russian Imperial Stout by aging it for eight months in Mississippi River Distilling bourbon barrels. To give it its rich, complex flavor, we add in a heavy dose of vanilla beans and coconut. The final product is a heavy and boozy stout complete with rich whiskey flavors and accents of cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla and oak.
