Description: Skyfood is the brainchild of Ryan (@casitabrews), Jean (@tiredhandsbrewing), and our Head Brewer, Richie. A trip to our local Flushing market lead us to the tornado of adjuncts we included in this IPA: ginger, Szechuan peppercorns, young coconut, aloe, durian, orange zest, honey, jasmine flowers, and lychee. We feel lucky to be brewing here, with so much inspiration (and incredible food) right in our backyard. The sky’s the limit.
