Description: Permutation #62 pushes past the bounds of the upper limits of hoppy beer that we have explored so far! Building off our learnings from developing, brewing and conditioning both newer double and triple IPAs as well as milestone hop giants like Headroom, this triple IPA centers on some of our favorite varietals to sets the new high water mark for the largest hop charge, to date. We've learned alot about the notion and perception of our own limitations in so many aspects these days, we buckled in to drive past what we thought possible could be experienced in hop saturation with Permutation 62. Expect a heavy haze apearance in the glass, with leaping aromas of pineapple, freshly squeezed, then concentrated orange juice and musky melon. Taste follows aroma, with deep and boundless layers of citrus and apricot candies. Luxurious mouthfeel partners with a backup bitterness to round out this investigation into the depth of possibilities of hoppy beer.
