Description: American Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic, Citra, & Galaxy hops. The name is derived from a quote from the late Anthony Bourdain - "Context and memory play powerful roles in all the truly great meals in one's life." For us as a craft brewery, this also translates to the beers we drink. Drinking a great beer often has to do with more than just the liquid in the glass. When we came up with the concept of this beer, we thought about heading out to hop harvest and what type of beer we’d like to drink in the middle of a hop field – something bright & juicy with a big aroma that showcases the beautiful Humulus Lupulus plant that provides us with such enjoyment.
