Description: We are so pleased to offer a freshly packaged Curiosity today featuring heavy amounts of Citra accented with fresh Centennial hops in both the kettle and the dry hop. The resulting beer serves to further our understanding of the interplay between different hops and how process adjustments affect the final outcome of our beer! And… it’s damn delicious! Centennial provides a pleasing amount of unique fruit character to offset the onslaught of citrus. We taste and smell freshly squeezed Valencia oranges, dank fresh hops, lemon, tropical fruit leather, and a faint strawberry note.
