Description: Gravity Never Fails is a Porter fermented with a blend of two Belgian yeast strains. The beer will be dry with big chocolate flavors and a light roast character. We used an experimental hop called Warneton 7784. The hop was named after the Belgian town where the hop varietal was grown on a farm. The number, 7784, is the towns zip code. Nino, the head brewer at De Dranke, really wanted to showcase this hop based on the malt profile that he and Bob came up with. This lended to a much more hop assertive Porter.
