Description: We teamed up with the folks at Omega Yeast, and brewed this beer with their Hornindal Kviek yeast. Fermented at around 92 degrees, the yeast throws all sorts of amazing peach and mango aromas. On top of that, we dry-hopped Centauri with 4# per bbl of some of our favorite hops: Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado & Idaho 7.
