Description: First off, we have the return of IVY BELLS, our fruit punch sour beer. IVY BELLS is a custom blend of solera-fermented spontaneous ales. We then refermented with pineapple, pink guava, blood orange, raspberry, passion fruit, sweet cherry and tart cherry in a golden base beer blend. This time around, we decided to make two different variations of IVY BELLS. Instead of having one beer completely loaded with fruits ranging from deep bramble berries to bright citrus, we made two iterations, using various levels of each fruit in the same base beer: MK2 is a berry forward, jammy and tart, comprising mostly of raspberry and cherry. MK3 is bright, citrusy, and slightly bitter, with pink guava and blood orange being the dominant flavors.
