Description: Polycephaly is the rare condition of having two heads. In partnership with Winking Lizard Tavern, we present 2 distinct beers. Polycephaly 6 was inspired by the current dynamic and exciting mixology culture. Wine barrel aged rye and wheat based Saisons were combined with a gin barrel aged Sour ale. The base blend is conditioned on hibiscus & infused with key lime juice. Polycephaly 6 has a beautiful, deep pink hue that is accompanied by intriguing herbaceous notes, acidic citrus jabs, and refreshing floral qualities.
