We began this utterly delightful IPA with a grain bill of 2-row, malted oats, flaked oats, white wheat malt, and a touch of flaked rye. Then, we added massive amounts of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops followed by a generous helping of vanilla. Finally, just to be ridiculous, we added huge quantities (understatement) of blood orange & pineapple to create a creamy, indulgent spectacle of citrus and tropical fruit that’s going to go full-on HAM on your taste buds.
