Description: We took two barrels of Bourbon barrel fermented and aged East Bank with honey and added an absurd amount of organic nectarines from Palisade, Colorado. Really, absurd. We were only expecting 400 pounds of nectarines, but our farmer brought much more. The bourbon notes take a backseat for now to nectarines and a hint of sweet malt.
