Description: Our friends over at Rook Coffee gave us some green coffee beans that we aged in a freshly emptied Willett bourbon barrel for a couple months. After aging in the barrel, Rook dark roasted the beans, and we conditioned the stout on course ground coffee. The combination of barrel-aging and dark roasting adds a unique flavor to the beer unlike any of our previous coffee beers.
