Description: Bière de Coupage was one of our favorite releases last year, and as such, we thought it deserved some special treatment. The 1 and 3-year old spontaneous beer and foeder saison blend was rested for the better part of a year in a freshly dumped Mourvèdre wine barrel from the Paso Robles region in California. Due to extended aging, the barrel’s instinctive rustic nature and red currant flavor are boldy expressed, which elevates a beloved beer to even new heights.
