Description: We couldn't leave well enough alone, could we? We took Dark Subject Matter - our silky smooth adjunct-free American Imperial stout - and aged it in bourbon barrels. The result is roasty, toasty, boozy and sweet barrel-aged stout that's pretty darn perfect paired with a fine cigar, a hot fudge sundae or just by itself. WARNING: May be too strong of a dark beer for some.
