Description: Millerzzzzz is a barrel aged, vanilla bean, maple syrup American double stout. We chose both small and large format rye whiskey and bourbon barrels with two small format maple soaked bourbon barrels for this blend. The barrels presented tones of vanilla, chocolate, spiced oak and rich maple and smooth booze which blended perfectly with the adjuncts. We split and carefully scraped the caviar from vanilla beans grown in five different regions. This blend got beans from Mexico, Uganda, Madagascar, Tahiti and Ecuador along with maple syrup from Miller’s maple farm in Cashton, Wisconsin. A rich delectable stout blended to drink within a year with your closest friends around a roaring fire.
