Description: The first in a series of beers in which we are using a single malt and a single hop. In this case, pilsner malt and a French hop called Triskel. It's light and sweet while being crisp and refreshing. The hops have a robust floral spiciness reminiscent of noble German hops. A kellerbier is an unfiltered lager, the yeast lends a rich breadiness missing in filtered lagers.
