Description: For the Coffee Stout Variant this year we chose a pretty crazy bean from our budz up at Dark Matter. They took an awesome bean from the Vista Hermosa farm in El Salvador and aged it in Heaven Hill barrels, which have previously held Vermilion. Tropical fruit, caramel and a slight hint of dark chocolate dominate the aroma, followed by a palate filled with espresso covered caramel blackberries and a classic cup of joe on the long finish.
