Style: Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry
Description: Brewed with a deep and complex base of specialty malts, fluffy flaked oats, mini marshmallows and a dash of milk sugar (we maxed out the mash tun!). We then rested this Comfy behemoth on chocolate, fresh Bourbon vanilla beans, and an absolutely enormous offering of coconut flakes. This was such a fun and enriching process for us, to be able to conjure the dessert flavors we loved as children (and still do!) like Mounds bars, chocolate truffles, coconut sorbet, hot cocoa made with fresh whole milk topped with a big dollop of marshmallow Fluff, brownie batter, and hot fudge. This big ol’ beer clocks in at a healthy 12% abv. It’s a lovely supper, indeed!
