This batch was brewed with a complex blend of American hops including Simcoe, Centennial, Citra, Sabro, and Amarillo to learn about and to enjoy the character of new lots from our 2019 hop selections. The result is extremely fruity, with syrupy notes of pineapple, dank orange juice, guava, and light earthy melon buoyed by a fluffy, dense body. The foam on Curiosity Eighty Eighty is quite a sight, with a wispy head that clings tightly to the edge of your glass.
