Description: Making a triumphant return to celebrate our 5th Anniversary, Barrel Aged Mexican Achromatic is an Imperial Stout inspired by Mexican hot cocoa, a drink that traces its roots back to the Mayans, Aztecs and Spanish in Mexico. Aged for 15-18 months in freshly emptied Breckenridge Distillery bourbon barrels and then conditioned on obscene amounts of roasted cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans, BAMA is a rich, decadent beer that evokes the innovative spirit of brewing while paying homage to its Mexican heritage.
