Description: bottling date: 23/05/2019 Deze Oude Geuze is geassembleerd met lambikken van vijf verschillende vaten (waarvan één amontillado vat) en afkomstig van zeven verschillende brouwsels. De oude lambik, van twee vaten en twee brouwsels, is goed voor 40% van de assemblage . De oudste portie werd gebrouwen in de eerste dagen van 2016. De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd van de assemblage bij het bottelen was 19 maanden. This particular Oude Geuze has been blended with lambikken from five different barrels (of which one an amontillado barrel) and originating from 7 different brews. The old lambik, from two barrels and two brews, accounts for 40% of the blend and the oldest portion was brewed on 12th of January 2016. The weighted average age of the blend upon bottling was 19 months. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old lambics. Traditional Lambik is cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
