Description: Our third Fresh in Season is packed with 100% Southern Hemisphere hops: Moutere, Wakatu, Riwaka, & Motueka, this time, 100% from New Zealand. It’s bright, it’s vibrant & it showcases a broad spectrum of tropical fruit characters typical of kiwi hops. And we’ve only made just enough so you can be sure you’re getting the freshest hops in your glass! What makes IPA's so exciting to drink are the hops. They influence the flavour, aroma & bitterness of beer. Hops are a flower and once picked they deteriorate with exposure to time, oxygen, light and heat. They are harvested annually in both hemispheres roughly 6 months apart. At 4 Pines we are constantly evolving our recipe with the season to ensure the best and freshest hops from around the globe are in your glass.
