Description: A methode' traditionnelle representation of patience characterized by Minnesota terroir. Five Threads is 100% spontaneously fermented by naturally occurring microbes in neutral barrels for between 18 to 24 months. Different percentages from five barrels selected from our 2017/2018 brewing season were meticulously chosen for this blend. Bottle conditioned for 14 months, this ale exhibits complex aromas and flavors expressed by a high level of refreshing carbonation. An ale worth thinking about, during a philosophical discussion of time and space.
