Description: Eunoia 4 is a Wheated Imperial Stout that we aged in Old Fitzgerald Wheated Bourbon casks. The smoothness of wheat from both the stout mash and the whiskey mash play with each other creating a silky-full mouthfeel. Vermont Maple Syrup provides further smoothness along with a touch of Madagascar Vanilla to provide and enhance aromatics and offer subtle spice for balance.
