Description: A Belgian blonde aged for 12 months in white wine barrels with brett and our house sour culture. A chosen blend of barrels 3, 11, 8 and 1. Apple, chardonnay, pear, and some tropical fruit on the nose reminiscent of the previous wine and cider uses of the barrels. Tart and sour with lactic and acetic acid but smooth flavors of white wine, pineapple, pear, funk with some slight vanilla oak character from the barrels.
