Description: Oude Fermier from Pinot Noir Puncheons Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This sixth release contains select Pinot Noir Puncheons of Oude Fermier, each of which was barrel-fermented and aged for 14 months before blending and being naturally conditioned in this bottle. A beer that we believe will continue to elevate the standards and quality of the CDC lineup. We are incredibly proud of the richness the higher toasted oak in the Pinot Noir Puncheon provides, a fullness that is exciting and a balance to the complexities that have evolved over more than a year in oak.
