Description: Bananas Foster Medianoche starts as a blend of Imperial Stouts aged for 21-33 months in a mix of freshly emptied XO Cognac casks, Heaven Hill 14-year-old bourbon barrels, and MGP 5-year-old high rye bourbon barrels, imparting notes of maple-cinnamon pecans, crème brûlée, candied apricots, and vanilla sweet cream. After barrel aging, we conditioned the blend on wild dried Thai bananas, Indonesian vanilla beans, and Vietnamese cinnamon sticks to recreate our own take on the classic New Orleans dessert.
