Description: Cookies & Cream Medianoche starts as a blend of Imperial Stouts aged for 19-22 months in a mix of freshly emptied Heaven Hill 14-year-old bourbon barrels, Old Forester 1910 heavy char bourbon barrels, and MGP 5-year-old high rye bourbon barrels. After barrel aging, we conditioned the blend on 250 lbs of OREO cookies and Vanuatuan vanilla beans, which pair perfectly with the unique blend of casks to produce notes of bakers chocolate, toffee bars, freshly baked pound cake, chocolate walnut fudge, baking spices, and vanilla buttercream frosting.
