Description: This beer was created with a blend of spelt and wheat saison primary fermented on second use organic 'O'Henry' peaches and aged in tank, as well as wheat saison fermented on second use organic 'Candy Cot' apriums fermented in tank and aged in barrels. All of the fruit used in this beer was harvested in 2021 and grown by Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA. After aging the beers were blended and then dry hopped with hops from Washington, New Zealand, and Germany. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with organic cane sugar. Bottled 06/09/2022
