This beer was brewed to embody that indomitable spirit. With a grain bill so massive, it overflowed the lauter tun, over 1000 gallons of birch sap collected and boiled down to add to the fermenter, and double or normal dose of spruce tips, this beer was brewed for fellow unconquerable. Ingredients: Marris Otter Pale, Caramel 45, Caramel 60, Chocolate, Black, Carafa, Roasted Malt, Magnum Hops. Specialty ingredients: Late Run Birch Syrup and Sitka Spruce Tips.
